Stem Cells and Cellular Therapy International (SCCTI) is an open access, peer-reviewed, quarterly publishing journal since 2026 in online and print. SCCTI is the official journal of the Indian Stem Cell Study Group. We are committed to advancing global knowledge in the fields of stem cell biology, regenerative medicine, and translational applications.
Our mission is to provide an international platform for researchers, clinicians, and industry innovators to exchange high-quality, peer-reviewed scientific insights, bridging the gap between fundamental science and clinical practice.

Open Access (OA) Publication
SCCTI journal encourage open access publishing, which means readers has free, unrestricted online access to research articles. OA content is available to all without access fees or subscription charges. Articles are freely available immediately after publication. This means that researchers, students, readers, scholars, and any layperson from anywhere and at any time have easy access to the latest research content of the journal.
Copyright of the published material
Journal requires authors to sign a consent declaration form in which they acknowledge and agree to share their work with the publisher on behalf of all co-authors. Nonetheless, the content's copyright is retained by the creator. The publisher is given exclusive permission by the author to use the article for profit. They give the publisher the exclusive right and license to publish for the duration of the copyright's entire legal term. The non-exclusive right to reproduce and distribute the article, including reprints, translations, photographic reproductions, microform, electronic form (offline, online), and any other reproduction of a similar kind, is covered by this transfer of publication rights.
Plagiarism
Plagiarism is seen by the journal as a major violation of publication ethics. Presenting someone else's words, ideas, or work as one's own without giving due credit is known as plagiarism.
Additionally, self-plagiarism the repeated use of substantial chunks of an author's own previously published work without proper citation is strongly forbidden by the journal. Submitting a new document that uses content from the author's earlier works without citing the original source is an example of self-plagiarism.

Indian Stem Cell Study Group Association (ISCSG) is an independent, non-profit academic organisation. It is an all India registered organisation with a functional executive committee.
The ISCSG society brings together researchers, clinicians, academics, and industry representatives engaged in both fundamental and applied research, and provides opportunities to share science and advance the field.
The stem cell association aims to use stem cell technology to change the practice of medicine through discovery, education, and translation. The researchers and faculty of the ISCSG explore the science of stem cell biology to respond to the medical needs of today and educate the researchers of tomorrow.
